We are interested to buy a Machine using Powder Metallurgy Technology to produce Powder Wire by described/indicated below and in the picture:
Powder wire is a new direction in metallurgy, out of furnace processing for steel and cast iron.
Using of powder wire allows to effect alloy addition, desulfurization, steel and cast iron modification more qualitative and economically. It also strengthen ecological security of manufacture.
Range of filling compounds differs and depends on a request, but there's constantly Ferro- titanium 70, calcium 30, carbon...

External diameter: up to 1300 mm
Internal diameter: 800 mm
Width: 820 mm
Length of wire in bundle: about 3000 m.
